Okay, I'll finally type out the Azrael plot. gah. My fingers are gonna be sore.

So when Azrael had been doing her job for who knows how many lifetimes, there is a rebellion among the angels. Oh but before that (damn) she met this other angel of autumn wind, I forgot his name but I knew he was kinda influenced by Basil from KHR (wth.). And they were lovers, I thought I should have at least one. Anyway he died in the end so (damn). So there was a rebellion, and Azrael got stuck on the rebelling side under Pyron, who is the angel of deception and lies. And her lover was stuck on the other side and somehow she believed he betrayed her. Leading the other side was Metatron [sp.] (I think he's the greatest of angels? who knows) and so they fought, dadadada drama drama. And here comes the showdown between Azrael and Metatron! Unfortunately Metatron won and when he was about to kill her that loverguy jumped in and defended her and he died. Therefore, Azrael lost it and started killing everybody. Angels are basically made out of emotions as in their power is also influenced by emotions, and so because of her negative emotions she as pretty strong. After that she just gave up and surrendered (she doesn't have anything better to do).
So Metatron banished her and four other angels to life and death in the body of a human host on earth. The other four were Sariel, Lirael, Zeruel and Vraniel. They also caused a lot of damage in the war that's why. And Pyron was locked away in somewhere like a torture chamber which was 'a fate worse than death' (it's obvious he's gonna make a comeback. protagonists and antagonists should learn never, never to lock up the other.)
Azrael and co. were given five years to find a human host. (It's a short time in angel terms.) Sariel and the others just decided to straightaway possess a fetus so that they won't have to deal with the other person's memories. Azrael, however, waited until two months to the deadline (brooding, no doubt - or maybe she was making a secret plot to overthrow Metatron).
Now we shall zoom into the human world, where a war is taking place as always. Crimson's country (that neutral one I talked about last time...) - wait wait did I confuse her with Crimson? See, I said this would be hard. Nevermind. Anyway, Crimson belongs to that tribe. (did I say country? damn.) at the time they were acting in defense against this other random group who wanted to obliterate them. They were kind of losing for some reason. And at the time when Crimson was seeing her tribepeople killed, Azrael saw her and she felt sorry for her, so she decided to possess her. (the complicated part's coming.)
So Azrael possesses Crimson, and they kill the whole of the other tribe. After that, she loses consciousness for about a week. When she wakes up, she's not Crimson anymore, NOR, is she Azrael. She's a combination of the two, except they're not two anymore, they're just one person. For their past memories, it's like she was in two places at once. Something like that. And her personality consists of both characters' traits.
However, since angel memories are so ancient, they can't fit into the bodies so easily (or they'll die). So the memories are locked away for a time, and there are things I called relapses where the angel/humanhost experiences again the memories that are suddenly recalled. This happens for alot of their teenage life. Of course, Sariel and the others are already there, they all decided to possess someone from that race (actually possession's not the right word, it would be better known as merged) because they were tired of war and only that tribe was neutral. So these angel-humans were already well known. They were called the Chosen by the humans, and the Forsaken by the angels. (I think this was influenced by transformers.. *coughcough* Lol.) ANYWAYS I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN TO THE MAIN STORYLINEEE.
When Crimson/Azrael (I'll just call her Akage, which is this nickname she gets later on from Sariel. I think it's a mix between 'red' and 'shadow' in jap, I don't know what I was thinking back then I JUST NEEDED A NAME.) wakes up, she finds that those tribepeople she saved were afraid of her now and hated her somewhat (every protagonist must go through this at some point of time.) She doesn't know who she is, and Sariel gave her that nickname to show that she isn't either, just herself.

I'll now describe the characters... Gah.
Azrael: She has reddish skin and always flushes. Gah I also forgot to mention this but Crimson can control blood. Something like the tophat-guy from Black Cat, but kewler. For example, she can make a person's blood rupture the blood vessels and then the whole body will explode in a shower of blood... um... nevermind... anyway she can kill pretty instantly, just burst a blood vessel to the brain. She can also create these two daggers from her hardened blood (it's probably not possible, but I just needed to give her a weapon -.-) and yeah. As for her angel form she has raven wings, with a helmet of dead branches and nightshade. She wears a black cloak (but only for halloween) and the rest of the time she wears normal clothes.
Sariel: In his angel form he wears undertakers' clothes (UNDERTAKER FROM KUROSHITSUJI, SO KEWLLL O_O AHHHHHH I LOVE HIS HAT.) eh-em. Anyways, he's pretty much transparent and ghostlike himself. In his human form, he has the power to control bone. (Like Kimimaru somehow... I'm so sorry...) He just makes them poke out of his body and stabs people with them. He can also break people's bones. Typical. He's albino, btw. And he also bruises easily and so he pretty much has a sucky life. (I'm so sorry Sariel o_o but there has to be some contrast between you and Azrael.. um...) At least he doesn't get brittle bones or osteoporosis.
Lirael: She's the angel of the tenth hour of the night or something, officially. I don't really give her a position here, I'm lazyyy ;D Except she's some kind of guardian/watchman. in angel form, she has five eyes (la-ti-da) and wings like those moths you see, with eye patterns to resemble an owl's or something. In her human form she has... I forgot the power, damn. But it has something to do with eyes. Something like One but better, she has this mind's eye that can see people's auras. But she's not only good at tracking people, she can also kill people after she locates their aura. And she can move objects with her eyesss (why do I remember that spongebob episode) ;DDD
Zeruel: He's influenced by Gluttony. (Illu finds it weird that I like characters like Gluttony, Envy and Zetsu o_o But I think that they're really cute. AND ISN'T ZETSU A N UBER KEWL NAME. Not like Sasuke. boringgg) Anyway he can eat... alot. Something like Kukan. Meh.
Vraniel: He can shapeshift, sortof. He needs a dead body, then he'll get Zeruel to eat out the contents, and then he can wear the skin. It's like... OHHH AKUMA FROM D. GRAY-MAN O__O I just realized. Ahaha. Anyway it's really kewl.

So.. I forgot where I was at. Anyway at first they pretty much look down on humans. Especially Azrael, since she's seen so many die before she doesn't even care about them. But after that she realizes that people are really valuable after all (after all she's a protagonist.)
I'll just skip to the main part, where Pyron escapes and is going to conquer the human world (normal stuff.) The angels aren't helping, they're waiting to see what the Chosen/Forsaken would do. They fight, and start to lose. Azrael was defeated by Pyron, and she was near death when she heard this voice speaking to her. In the end it was the loverguy. He told her to get the hell up and defend (not quote) and she did, and they won as they must. Pyron died. Finally.
After that it turned out that the loverguy was still alive as a ghost due to his emotions for Azrael, since he was worrying about her. But he said that he believed she would be okay from now on and disappeared. And he said 'See you,' which implied that there was an afterworld for angels as well, and they don't just drift into nothing as they believed (why am I analyzing my own story...)
After that the five of them were offered their former positions back, but they said that they had come to love the human world after spending all that time in it, and they weren't ready just yet to give all that up even for immortality. And it ends there.

I feel that the ending is a bit similar to the ending of Stardust, now that I have read Stardust. The book says that they run away and travel around instead of claiming the throne for years, and finally settle down a long time after. I love this, while the movie threw that idea away for something totally cliche, became king and queen and lived happily ever after and later it implied they became stars together. The book is more realistic, saying that they can't ever become stars and that Tristian dies while Yvaine still reigns for years after and never goes back to the stars. I like the idea of them being adventurous and not wanting to be tied down even if it means they're giving up their being rulers of Stormhold. The movies sucks to the core. Yvaine is just portrayed as a stupid stereotypical fairy person.

Oh and about the book When the Wind Blows, I was kind of disappointed. When I heard that the children were genii I thought I would see more of Artemis Fowl -ishness. But no, they think just like normal children, even really childishly sometimes. All they can do with their intelligence is use humor and irony in their speech. Wow, I'm so impressed. Artemis Fowl is more entertaining with his sarcasm. Heck, even Mulch is more entertaining than them.
I am disappointed by the lack of elaborate schemes and ingenious escape plans. Messing around with genes and making polite and witty speech is about all they can do. Sad.

I also have this other story now about wind elementals this time. I've always found wind elementals really kewl, since they can do lots of neat stuff with the air. For example, make the area around the person's head fill with poisonous gases or lack of oxygen so they'll get hypoxia and die. Or laughing gas. And they can just breathe some gas at you and make you do anything, like sleeping gas or truth gas or what-not. So kewl. And there's flammable gas 8DDD Just a lighter and whoom.
Maybe they can also do stuff with air resistance and pressure (this is just an idiot's theory) but they can slow down your movement, use pressure to break things. They can maybe also be more sensitive to the air around them and sense movement in the surroundings... *squee*
They have wings.
And last but not least, although this is very common - typhoons, cyclones, tornadoes, storms, and all that.
Zephyros --- whee.
