Today in art class, my topic was Tragedy. So I drew the aftermath of the tsunami, and I tell you, that drawing drove me crazy. It was endless and endless piles of debris and wood and cement and bricks and lost shoes. Thank goodness for rocks. I wouldn't know what I'd do without them. I seem to like drawing fallen trees though. Figures. I keep covering up everything with cloth and cardboard and rocks (lol). I think in the end it will just become this whole cluttered mess in which no one can tell what's going on. Should I draw a few fishes lying here and there? |
