For some reason I'm always fascinated by the scenery as I'm walking to school (through the back way to the back gate). Sometimes it's dark and sometimes it's lighter.. But it always looks nice. ![]() ![]() So pretty. My camera is pretty bad at taking pictures in dim light so it didn't really turn out too well... When you come out of the mrt station and look right, it looks very beautiful as well. But all my camera can catch of it is some blackness with a white spot for the moon. Tsk. It's all embedded in my mind now though :D And on rainy days, you can hear the toads mooing. I actually took a 1 minute recording of it... Most of it is the sound of water trickling down the drain, but at the end as I walked closer to the drain you can hear the toads really loudly. My father says they sound like moaning ghosts. Maybe that's why I like them. I never really saw this until I started walking alone to school... And I'm glad I did :D So go there at approximately 6.10 in the morning! Meheheh. Coincidentally, I also saw a strange phenomenon on the pavement along the way to school. It was dark and I couldn't tell exactly what the thing was, but it looked like someone had dropped bread onto the floor and vomited all over it. Or maybe it's a squashed coconut? I have no idea. But believe me, it was really disgusting. So if you see a japanese-eyed girl eating a sausage stopping and staring at/taking pictures of the scenery near red hill mrt with joggers all staring at her weirdly, that's probably me. |
